ASIMA plant simulatorUniversal and maintenance-free
The ASIMA from LEYBOLD is a universal and unique solution for training in automation technology. Our maintenance-free systems minimise risks, reduce training costs and create a flexible and scalable learning environment. With the ASIMA equipment, practical scenarios, from simple logic operations to complex systems, can be realistically simulated. Several ASIMAs can easily be combined to form a modular, virtual factory, allowing complex Industry 4.0 training content to be realised quickly and cost-effectively. Our basic PLC system is the ideal basis for experimenting with the ASIMA. It can be used with PLCs from different manufacturers, such as Siemens S7 or Allen-Bradley and many others.
Practical operation and maintenance
With the LEYBOLD training systems, we offer specialised PLC programming with Siemens systems and the TIA Portal. Our basic PLC system uses the ASIMA and mechatronic compact models as small production systems for realistic learning.
We also offer specific tasks for automation systems such as elevator systems, their maintenance, optimisation and programming. In this way, trainees are optimally prepared for industry requirements.

Our systems in the field of control technology make it possible to understand and handle complex machine control systems. One focus is on controlling systems using LOGO! from Siemens. The compact training systems are specially designed to teach essential skills in modern industrial automation. Another focus is on machine safety. This includes the correct use of contactors to control machines effectively, as well as the latest safety concepts and technologies from the industry.
Hydraulics and pneumatics - understanding and applying
Our product range includes didactically prepared system with hydraulic transparent components with which trainees can learn the setup and functioning of hydraulic systems in a practical way and visualise the processes. These realistic models are ideal for teaching the basics of hydraulics and pneumatics in an understandable way. The transition to applied practice is made possible by the hydraulic and pneumatic systems from our partner Bosch Rexroth, which we offer in didactically prepared training modules.
