Robust and safe devices for teaching
At LEYBOLD, we attach great importance to the durability and reliability of our devices, as these features are indispensable in everyday school life. Our devices are therefore particularly robust and designed for many years of use by the students. In addition, our biology experiments fulfil the German safety standards according to the guidelines for safety in the classroom (RiSU). To further increase safety during experimentation, all our experiments are completed with detailed risk assessments.

Innovative digital design of biology lessons
The use of our Mobile-CASSY 2 Wi-Fi measuring device in our student experiments enables advanced digital data acquisition and analysis. This technology offers students the opportunity to digitally record and interpret complex data. In addition to the digital measurement technology, students can access the digital experiment instructions Lab Docs on their own tablet, smartphone or PC and work interactively with them. From step-by-step instructions and tasks to integrated measured values in tables and diagrams and evaluation for a digital protocol, the Lab Docs turn experimentation into a comprehensive digital experience. Teachers and lecturers also benefit from the detailed instructions, which ensure that even new experiments are a success.
